BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- On the second day of the Runner Invite, Sacramento State dropped a pair of matches to UNC Wilmington (5-0) and CSU Bakersfield (3-2).
The Hornets concluded the two-day tournament with the losses, and the team's overall record dropped to 5-5.

The Hornets, who have played each of their first 10 matches away from home, will play on the road next week as well. The team will be in San Jose to play three matches over the weekend. The Hornets begin the tournament on Saturday vs. Utah at 9 a.m.
