Hall of Fame
• A member of Sacramento State’s women’s basketball and softball teams from 1973-77.
• Considered the program’s most gifted female student-athlete during the University’s first 50 years.
• During her career with the basketball team, she helped lead the Hornets to a 68-13 record.
• As a senior, she averaged 27.2 points and 12.6 rebounds per game while shooting 65% from the field.
• Hit .404 during her softball career while helping the team to a combined 80-12 overall record and 24-2 mark in conference.
• Had 37 RBIs in 1975 despite playing just 20 games - a program record at the time.
• Played three years of pro ball for the Chicago Hustle of the Women’s Basketball League.
• The only player to start all three years for the Hustle, Digitale also took on the head coaching duties in 1981 while guiding the team to the playoffs.
