SACRAMENTO, Calif. — For the second time this spring, the Sacramento State track and field teams will divide its squad between four meets beginning on Thursday and concluding on Saturday. The team's middle distance and distance runners will take part in the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific, the sprinters and jumpers will be at the Mt. SAC Relays, and the throwers will compete at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate and Beach Invitational at Long Beach State.
 
Sacramento State has not competed since Apr. 3-4 when the team used the same scheduling philosophy which sent athletes to the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, Texas Relays, Mike Fanelli Classic and Stanford Invitational. The Hornets responded by setting several school top 10 marks as well as numerous which currently rank in the top 10 of the Big Sky.
