LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. — The Sacramento State women's golf team joined elite company, becoming just the third school to win three-consecutive Big Sky Women's Golf Championship titles with a 15-stroke win on Wednesday at Wigwam Golf Resort. The Hornets became the first Big Sky team to claim back-to-back-to-back victories since Portland State in 2003-05 and have now won five of the last six titles.
Â
Caitlin Maurice and

Maurice kept the pressure on with birdies on Nos. 16 and 18 but Montoya also birdied the final hole to secure the individual title. Maurice tied for sixth as a freshman, was the medalist in 2023, tied for fourth place in 2024 and was second this year.
