MEN’S HOOPS SIGNS UC RIVERSIDE TRANSFER OSIRIS GRADY

SACRAMENTO -- Forward Osiris Grady, a 6-9, 215-pound transfer from UC Riverside, has signed with the Hornets, it was announced today by head coach Mike Bibby.

A native of Las Vegas, Grady becomes the fifth signee for the 2026-27 season, joining Stonehill forward/center Ridvan Tutic,  Pima Community College forward Mason Hunt, Sandra Day O'Connor High School guard Melvin Stubbs Jr., and North Mecklenburg High School guard Ashton Pierce.

• A 6-9, 215-pound forward from Las Vegas, Nev.
• Will enter his senior year with the Hornets
• Played this past season for UC Riverside of the Big West Conference
• Spent his first two seasons (2023-25) at Utah Valley of the Western Athletic Conference
• Last year at UC Riverside, he played in all 32 games, including 24 starts
• Posted averages of 10.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 0.7 blocks and 30.9 minutes
• Was the Highlanders' leading rebounder, and third leading scorer
• Shot 45% (127-281) from the field
• Scored in double figures 15 times, including 20 points, five rebounds and five assists at UCLA
• Played at least 30 minutes on 20 occasions, and his 182 total rebounds were easily a team high
• Played in 64 games over two seasons (30 starts) at Utah Valley, shooting 49% (126-255)
• Averaged 5.0 points and 2.8 rebounds during those two seasons, and was named to the WAC All-Freshman team
• Played in 32 games (25 starts) for a 2024-25 Utah Valley team that won the WAC regular season title and qualified for the NIT
• Played three seasons at Coronado High School before playing his senior year at Wasatch Academy in Utah
• Was a four-star recruit out of high school, and ranked as the No. 32 power forward in the Class of 2023 by ESPN
