SACRAMENTO -- Sacramento State head beach volleyball coach Angela Lewis announced the signing of three players today.

The trio consists of Sophia Anderson, Jenae Moore and Mady Snyder. They mark the program's first signees for the 2027 season.

The Anderson File
• A 5-foot-6 native of Chandler, Ariz.
• Will be a sophomore for the Hornets
• Transfer from CSU Bakersfield
• Played in 18 matches last season for the Roadrunners, appearing at the Nos. 1, 2 and 3 spots in the lineup
• A 2025 graduate of Chandler High School in Chandler, Ariz.
• Played for Dune Beach Volleyball Club

The Moore File
• A 5-foot-10 native of Sacramento
• Will be a sophomore for the Hornets
• Transfer from Vanguard (Costa Mesa, Calif.) where she played last season
• Redshirt during her freshman season (2025) at Folsom Lake College in Folsom, Calif.
• A 2023 graduate of Antelope High School in Antelope, Calif.
• Played for Sacramento Performance Volleyball Club (SPVC)

The Snyder File
• A 5-foot-11 native of El Dorado Hills, Calif.
• Will be a freshman for the Hornets
• A 2026 graduate of Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado Hills
• A first team all-league selection (indoor) as a senior after serving as team captain and leading the Sierra Foothill League in kills
• Played for SynergyForce Volleyball Club
