SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The No. 74 Sacramento State women's tennis team swept all nine matches on the day while dropping only one set, getting back into the win column with a 7-0 shutout of visiting Weber State on Saturday afternoon at the Sacramento State Tennis Complex.

The Hornets improved to 13-5 overall and 5-1 in Big Sky Conference play with the triumph, winning for the 15th consecutive time at home in the process. The Wildcats fell to 2-13 overall and 0-5 in league duals.

Sacramento State swept through the doubles contests for the fourth consecutive match, dropping only two games at the No. 1 spot and posting shutouts at both No. 2 and No. 3 for a 1-0 lead overall.

Shifting the scene to singles, the Hornets won five of the six matches in straight sets, dropping only one at the No. 6 spot in the lineup, but freshman Isabella Temenugov rebounded for 6-4, 6-3, wins in the final two sets to earn the win.

Sacramento State closes out the weekend with another match at home, hosting Idaho State on Sunday (March 29) at 11 a.m.
