• A late-morning tip-off in Cheney, Wash., was no problem for the Hornets, who led by as many as 19 points and finished strong for a 69-60 win over Eastern Washington on Thursday
• The win snapped a four-game skid for Sacramento State and gave the Hornets their first regular-season sweep over the Eagles since 2021-22
• Benthe Versteeg finished with a team-high 16 points and was on triple-double watch with seven rebounds and eight assists
