SACRAMENTO -- Due to anticipated inclement weather in the Corvallis area all weekend, Sacramento State's three-game series at Oregon State has been canceled.
The two teams were scheduled to play a doubleheader on Saturday and single game on Sunday, but poor weather threw a wrench into those plans. The games will not be made up.
Sacramento State, which plays at home vs. Cal this afternoon, will now have a weekend off for the first and only time of the regular season.
After today's game vs. Cal, the Hornets have just four more non-league games before Big Sky Conference play begins in two weeks.
