POCATELLO, Idaho -- Idaho State shot 55% (31-56) from the field and 44% (10-23) from the 3-point line on the way to an 83-66 victory over Sacramento State on Saturday evening at Reed Gym.

That included multiple misses on front end of 1-and-1 situations.

Four Hornets scored in double figures, led by Jacob Holt's 17 points (5-6 FG, 2-2 3FG, 5-9 FT). He was fouled 10 times during the contest, and has now scored at least 17 points in three straight games. Emil Skytta added 11 points, five rebounds and four assists, and Chudi Dioramma posted 10 points and seven boards (three offensive).

Bailey Nunn had nine points, four rebounds and five assists, Lachlan Brewer five points and six rebounds, and Leo Ricketts three points. The Hornets, playing without two starters, used an eight-man rotation in tonight's game. Four Hornets played over 30 minutes, led by Brewer's 38:30.

Sacramento State's final home games will come next week - Thursday vs. Montana (7 p.m.), and Saturday vs. Montana State (1 p.m.). The Hornets close the regular season at Portland State on March 3, before playing at the Big Sky Tournament in Boise (March 8-12).
