Biography

2021 Season
Was injured nearly the entire season…came back to play one match - the final regular season contest of the year vs. Montana State…played in two sets against the Bobcats, with two service attempts.

2021 Spring Season
Played in six matches, including 10 sets at outside hitter…started the match at Northern Colorado on Feb. 7…in that contest, she had three kills, an ace, two digs and two blocks…season high of three digs came at Northern Arizona…played in two sets in the Hornets’ match at the Big Sky Tournament…a Big Sky all-academic selection.

2019 Season
Played in 19 matches, including 28 sets…averaged 0.89 kills, 0.61 digs and 1.11 points per set…had six kills, an ace and five digs in the Hornets’ home win over Northern Arizona…also had four kills vs. Canisius and Idaho State…in that Idaho State match, she also had a pair of aces and three digs…played in 11 of the Hornets’ 18 Big Sky matches…a Big Sky all-academic selection.

2018 Season
Appeared in six matches, including nine sets…missed the final eight matches of the season with injury…finished with averages of 0.67 kills, 0.56 digs and 0.94 blocks per set…had a season-high four kills, four digs and a block at Boise State…had two kills, two aces and an ace vs. Washington…also played in matches against Cal State Northridge, Portland, Northern Arizona and Eastern Washington.

High School

A 2018 graduate of Queen Creek High School in Arizona…started all four seasons for the varsity team…played at middle blocker her first three years, and moved to outside hitter as a senior…over her final two seasons, she helped the Bulldogs to a combined 58-28 overall record and 14-2 in league, as well as two state tournament appearances, a 2017 regional championship, and an appearance in the 2017 state championship match…the Bulldogs lost in the state championship game to Sunnyslope High School in four tight sets (25-19, 25-27, 25-23, 25-21)…a first team all-region selection each of her final two seasons.

Personal
A communication studies major who is on pace to graduate in the spring of 2022…daughter of Angie Beauchene…played high school volleyball with her younger sister, Jada, who was a freshman and the starting middle blocker for Queen Creek in 2017…played six years for Club One VBC, and helped the team to Nationals during her 15s, 16s and 17s seasons…was a six-rotation middle blocker until her 17s club season when she transitioned to a six-rotation outside hitter…has volleyball in her bloodlines as her mother, Angie, played four years (1994-97) for Lewis-Clark State College…aunt, Lisa Beauchene, was a Hornet setter from 2000-03, and is a member of the Sacramento State Volleyball Hall of Fame.
