Sacramento State

Joshua Carey joined the Sacramento State staff in September 2018 and works with the women’s soccer and softball teams.

Prior to his time at Sacramento State, Carey worked at Oregon State with football, men’s crew and track & field/cross country.  He also interned at California working with the women's field hockey, crew, beach volleyball, and men's & women's cross county/track & field.

A graduate of San Jose State, Carey received a bachelor’s of science degree in athletic training in 2013.  He earned his master’s of science degree in athletic training from California (Pa.) in 2014.

A native of San Leandro, Calif., Josh currently resides in Sacramento with his fiancé, Abby, and their cat, Kiki-Ann.
