CAREER NOTES: Third in program history with 13 career shutouts...Fourth in program history with 196 career saves.

SENIOR (2014)Honorable Mention All-Big Sky (2x)...Big Sky All-Academic (2x)...Started all 19 games and played every second of the season...Tied for third in the Big Sky with six shutouts and ranked fourth in the league with a 1.09 goals against average...Totaled 88 saves with a .807 save percentage...Recorded shutouts in consecutive games twice...Named Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 21 after recording shutouts at North Dakota and Northern Colorado with eight total saves...Made multiple saves in every game...Had a season-high 10 saves against Montana...Had a 0.76 goals against average and an .854 save percentage in non-conference play...Went 4-4 with a 0.88 goals against average on the road...Allowed one or fewer goals in 12 games...Played all 1,731:17 of the season.

JUNIOR (2013): Honorable Mention All-Big Sky...Big Sky All-Academic...Started and played in 16 games, missing two games due to injury...Ranked second in the Big Sky with 5.62 saves per game and was third with 90 total saves and six shutouts...Recorded three consecutive shutouts in the first three Big Sky games...Had a 1.26 goals against average and a .818 save percentage with a 6-8-1 record...Made a career-high 12 saves against Cal Poly and Montana, tied for the sixth most saves in a game in program history...Named Co-Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 1...Started every Big Sky game...Played every minute in 15 games with 1,430:53 played for the season.

SOPHOMORE (2012): Made four starts in frame for the Hornets as she split time with Shelby Tomasello during non-conference play...made first career start in a 2-1 win over Nevada in the season-opener on Aug. 19...made 18 total saves with a 1.75 goals against average and a 2-2-0 record...recorded her first career shutout in 4-0 win over UC Santa Cruz on Sept. 14.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2011): Did not see game action.

FRESHMAN (2010): Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of St. Mary’s HS…played four years as a midfielder and goalkeeper…earned all-state honors by ESPN/Rise…was a three-time all-Tri Counties Athletic League honoree at goalkeeper…posted 21 consecutive shutouts as a senior and finished with a goals against average of 0.14…team went 36-0 in her final three league seasons…played club soccer for the Stockton Jaguars.

PERSONAL: Parents are Gilbert and Toni Mata...Majoring in speech pathology.
