Biography

SENIOR (2021-22): Big Sky All-Academic (4x)... One of two Hornets to start all 30 games on the season, averaging 35.1 minutes per game – the latter ranking second on the team... Finished third on the team in scoring at 11.2 points per game, while also averaging 6.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game... Her 61 total assists ranked second on the team, while her 25 steals were third... Shot 40 percent from the field overall and hit 21 three-pointers... Had a knack for getting to the line, shooting .736 from the stripe while leading the team in free throws made (95) and attempted (129)... Her 180 rebounds ranked second on the team, as did her 50 offensive rebounds... Finished in double figures in all but eight of the team's contests, including a pair of 20-point performances against California (a season-high 21) on Nov. 9 and Illinois State (20 on 8-of-14 from the field) on Nov. 27... Had a run of eight consecutive double-digit scoring games from Nov. 16 to Dec. 8, and scored in double figures in 14 of the team's first 16 contests... Finished with four double-doubles on the year: vs. UC Davis (16 points, 10 rebounds) on Nov. 23, at UC Irvine (11 points, 10 rebounds) on Nov. 28, at CSU Bakersfield (16 points, 11 rebounds) on Dec. 8, and at Southern Utah (11 points, 10 rebounds) on Feb. 12... Added 10 more rebounds against Montana on "Senior Night" on March 4... Dished out a season-high six assists at Portland State on Jan. 15, and finished with three steals at Northern Colorado on Feb. 10.

JUNIOR (2020-21): Big Sky All-Academic (3x)...Turned in a career year in 2020-21 for Sacramento State, leading the Hornets in nearly every stastical category...Played and started all 25 of Sacramento State's games, the only player on the roster to start every game of the year...Averaged 13.2 points, 8.1 rebouunds, 2.2 assists, 1.7 steals, and 31.7 minutes per game, all most on the team...Also had 21 blocks, second most on the team...Menke shot 41.0% overall, second best on the club, while leading the team with a 33.3 three-point field goal percetange...In addition to leading the Hornets, Menke ranked 5th in the Big Sky in rebounding, sixth in steals, 10th in blocks,  and 11th in both scoring and minutes...Scored a season and career-high 22 points at home against Southern Utah (2/18/21), going 9-for-15 overall...Earlier in the year, set a then-career-high with 21 points against Nevada, going 9-for-18 from the floor...Led the team in scoring eight times...Scored in double-figures in 20 of 25 games, including 18 straight from 12/5/20 through 2/20/21...Finished with 15 or more points 10 times and 20 or more twice...Pulled in a season and career-high 14 rebounds in the team's thrilling upset win over #6 Montana in the Big Sky Conference Tournament...Was one of 11 double-digit rebound performances for Menke...Finished with 10 double-doubles, second most in the Big Sky...In addition to leading the Hornets in scoring and rebounding, also finished with a tema-high 43 steals...Had a career-high six steals against Eastern Washington (1/30/21) and had 13 games with at least two steals...Averaged a career-high and team-leading 31.7 minuts per game...Played a career-high 39 minutes against Nevada on 12/13/20 and played 30 or more minutes in 17 or her 25 games. 

SOPHOMORE (2019-20): Big Sky All-Academic (2x)... Played in 27 of Sacramento State's 30 games, making 23 starts...Her 23 starts were tied for second most on the team and was one of just four to make 20+ starts in 2019-20...Averaged 10.8 points, 3.7 rebounds, a team-leading 1.7 steals, and 25.2 minutes per game...Shot 38.9% from the floor, the third-highest on the team, and .323 from beyond the arc, second-best on the team...Her 10.8 points per game was tied for fourth-best on the team...Set a career-high with 20 points at home against Idaho on Feb. 22, going 8-12 overall and 3-4 from distance...Earlier in the year, scored 18 points in back-to-back games vs. Cal Maritime and at San Hose State...Led the team in scoring five times...Scored in double figures in 15 of her 27 games, including 15 or more points seven times...Her 3.7 rebounds were a career-high...Collected five or more rebounds eight times and a career-high seven rebounds twice (11/13 vs. Cal Maritime, 2/20 vs. EWU)...Led Sacramento State with 45 total steals and 1.7 steals per game...Had a career-high five steals vs. Cal Maritime and had two or more steals in 14 of 27 games...Averaged a career-high 25.2 minutes per game...Played a career-high 36 minutes twice, first at Northern Arizona (1/9) and again vs. Idaho (2/22)...Played 20 or more minutes in all but four games. 

FRESHMAN (2018-19): Big Sky All-Academic...Played in all 29 of Sacramento State's games with seven starts, including four starts against Big Sky opponents...Averaged 4.1 points, 1,8 rebounds, 1.0 steals, 1.0 assists, and 15.6 minutes per game...Scored a career-high 12 points on the road at Idaho State on 3-for-5 shooting, including 3-for-4 from distance...That same game, led the team in scoring, her only such game of the season...Had a career-high four assists on Dec. 19 at New Mexico and led the team in assists twice...Played a career-high 27 minutes in Sacramento State's Big Sky Tournament First Round game against Northern Arizona on March 11. 

CHAPARRAL HS: Four-year varsity player...As Senior Co-Captain contributed 15 points and 4 rebounds to help lead Chaparral over defending state champion, Gilbert Mesquite, 63-55, to earn the 2017-18 Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) 5A State Championship and cap off a 26-5 season...Averaged 14.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in her senior season...Team reached State Semifinals her junior year where she averaged 11.9 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 2.8 assists...Named to the AIA 5A All-Conference First Team her senior year...Earned All City honors and chosen to be on the All-Region First Team for both her junior and senior seasons...Selected for the AIA Division I All-Section Second Team as a sophomore...Recognized for scoring over 1,000 points for Chaparral High School...Awarded Team Co-MVP and Defensive Player of the Year...Played AAU for Arizona Elite...Was an honors student her senior year.
