SACRAMENTO STATE
SENIOR (2026): Western Athletic Conference All-Tournament Team selection… Was one of only two Hornets (Sam Harry) to start all 61 games, making 47 starts at first base, 10 in the outfield, and four as the designated hitter… Hit .298 on the season with 34 runs on 67 hits, adding 10 doubles and six home runs while driving in 41… Also walked 35 times (second on the team) and was hit by a pitch 11 times… Slugged .440 on the year with a .411 on-base percentage… Ranked third on the team with 20 multi-hit games and was tied for fourth with eight multi-RBI contests… Among the top 10 in the WAC, ranked tied for sixth in triples, tied for ninth in hit by pitches, and tied for sixth in sacrifice flies (4)… Collected a season-high four hits twice against Saint Joseph’s (2/22) and at California Baptist (5/10)... Drove in a season-high six runs in that latter game against the Lancers, finishing 4-for-5 with a double and a triple… The six RBI are tied for eighth on the school’s single-game list… Also had a pair of four-RBI games against the Hawks and at Utah Tech (4/4)… Walked three times in a game twice against Saint Joseph’s (2/20) and against Winthrop (3/19).

JUNIOR (2025): Appeared in 57 of the team’s 58 games, making 53 starts at both second base and in the outfield in his first season as a Hornet… Led the team with a .351 average, finishing with 68 hits and scoring 36 runs… Ranked second on the team with 14 doubles, adding three home runs and driving in 37… His 34 walks were also second on the team while he was hit by a pitch a team-high 12 times… Finished the year with a .479 slugging percentage and a .475 on-base percentage… Ended the season ranked No. 10 in the Western Athletic Conference in batting average, third in on-base percentage, and tied for 11th in walks… Made his Hornet debut at second base in the season opener against San Francisco (2/14)… Collected his first hit as a Hornet as part of a 2-for-4 day (double and run scored) against the Dons in game two of the series (2/15)… Finished a season-best 4-for-4 with a run scored at Tarleton State (3/29)… Also had three-hit games against Nevada (3/10), Fresno State (3/25), UC Davis (4/15), California Baptist (4/19), and twice against Grand Canyon (5/2 & 5/3)… Drove in a season-high four runs and missed hitting for the cycle by a triple against the Wolf Paci in the March 10 meeting at home… Tied for the team lead with 22 multi-hit games and ranked third with 11 multi-RBI contests… Had a hitting streak of 10 games from April 18 to May 3… Reached base safely in 19 consecutive games at one point — a total that ranked second on the team.

HUTCHINSON COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Appeared in 62 games for the Blue Dragons as a sophomore outfielder in 2024, hitting .386 while slugging .618 and posting a .496 on-base percentage… Named to the All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference West Division second team… Scored 72 runs to go along with 18 doubles, three triples, nine home runs and 79 RBI… Also walked 47 times and stole 20 bases… Finished with a season-high four hits against Johnson County CC in the final game of the year while posting three hits in a game seven times… Drove in a season-high five runs against Colby CC on March 23 and had four games with four RBI… Named the KJCCC West Co-Player of the Week on March 26 after helping his team to a 5-0 record while hitting .438 with a .625 on-base percentage.

XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Appeared in nine games as a freshman in 2023, scoring a pair of runs while walking once for the Big East champions.

CORPUS CHRISTI SECONDARY SCHOOL
Played club baseball for the Fieldhouse Pirates for six years… Fifth-ranked member of the 2022 class in Ontario and was the second-ranked junior outfielder… Played for Team Canada in the 2019 Future Games.

PERSONAL
Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic… Parents are Luis Pimentel and Vianny Guerrero… Has a sister, Charlize… His cousin, Rodolfo Duran plays in the Kansas City Royals organization… Played in the same junior college conference as fellow Hornet Jakob Portunak (Cloud County CC) in 2024.
