Megan Lopez joined Sacramento State as the team's new Director of Operations in April of 2021.

Lopez joins the Sacramento State women's basketball staff after five seasons as the director of operations for Oregon women's basketball.

Before joining the women's basketball program at Oregon, Lopez, who is married to women's basketball associate head coach Xavi Lopez, previously served as the director of operations for the Oregon softball and volleyball programs for two seasons. With Oregon, Lopez handled all of the logistics for her teams, including travel, meals, and practice scheduling. In addition, Lopez oversaw the team's student managers, program summer camps, and the program's booster group.

Lopez graduated from Oregon in 2009 and worked in minor league baseball before returning to her alma mater. She married Xavi Lopez in 2019 and the two have one daughter, Katie.
