Biography

2025 Season
• Named Big Sky Conference MVP in her first season with the Hornets
• Became the eighth Hornet to be named Big Sky MVP, and first since Bridgette Smith in 2023
• An honorable mention all-Pacific Region selection, becoming just the second Hornet in the last 10 years to be named all-region
• Also named first team all-Big Sky Conference
• Named to the all-tournament team at the Big Sky Tournament
• Established herself as one of the top outside hitters in the nation
• A six-rotation outside hitter, she easily led the Big Sky and ranked sixth in the nation with 4.89 kills per set
• Also ranked seventh in the country with 5.38 points per set
• Posted double-figure kills in 27 matches, including 10 with 20-plus kills, and three with 30-plus kills
• Named Big Sky Offensive Player of the Week on three occasions
• Averaged 5.72 kills per set in conference play
• Ranks among Sacramento State’s all-time top five players in single-season history in points per set (3rd), kills per set (4th) and kills (5th with 553)
• Had two straight matches with 30+ kills (33 at NAU, 33 vs. Montana), becoming the first Hornet with 30 in back-to-back matches in 30 years
• Led the Hornets in kills in 26 of the team’s 30 matches, including each of the last eight
• Posted four double-doubles (kills and digs)
• Named all-tournament at the Central Cal Challenge

Prior to Sacramento State
• Played her freshman season (2024) at Weber State
• As a true freshman with the Wildcats, she averaged 1.78 kills and 0.24 blocks per set
• In the Wildcats’ postseason appearance at the NIVC vs. Pacific, she posted seven kills (third most on the team)
• Season-high 11 kills vs. both Utah State and Montana State
• Had seven kills and a .545 hitting percentage at Idaho

High School
• A 2024 graduate of La Cueva High School in Albuquerque
• Named second team all-state and first team all-district during both her junior and senior seasons
• Helped the Bears to a 2022 5A state championship
• Team captain as a senior
• State runner-up in the high jump three straight years

• Daughter of Lisa and Michael Marthaler
• A kinesiology major
• Played for Albuquerque Rebels Volleyball Club, and was coached by Hornet Hall of Famer Lisa Beauchene
