PLACER HS: Was a four-year member of the soccer programs for the Hillmans...In his four seasons with the soccer program, O'Neal split time at both the forward and right-back positions...As a sophomore, O'Neal was named the team's offensive player of the year, a feat he accomplished again his junior season...In addition to soccer, O'Neal was a four-year member of the track program and was a section champion in 2018 in the 4x400 event...Also played one year of football as a senior, playing wide receiver and serving as the team's punter...He compiled over 1,200 all-purpose yards and was named to the second team all-conference.

PLACER UNITED: O'Neal also played four seasons for the Placer United soccer club under head coach and former Sacramento State alumni Matt Scammacca.

PERSONAL: Plans to major in criminal justice at Sacramento State and follow that with a law degree.
