2025-26 Season
• The only Hornet to start all 31 games
• Averaged 5.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 0.5 steals and 19.3 minutes
• Played 600 minutes and had just 21 turnovers (one turnover per 28.6 minutes played)
• Shot 77% from the free throw line (47-of-61)
• Scored in double figures five times, including four of the last 10 games of the season
• Season-high 15 points (3-4 FG, 1-1 3FG, 8-11 FT) at Northern Arizona
• Over the final 11 games of the season, he averaged 6.8 points and 4.2 rebounds on 39% shooting from 3PT
• Was also 26-for-31 from the free throw line during that stretch
• Played double-figure minutes in every game of the season
• Of his 100 rebounds, 35 came on the offensive glass
Prior to Sacramento State
• Transfer from Florida A&M of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC)
• Played his junior season (2024-25) at Florida A&M, after spending his first three seasons (redshirt in 2021-22) with Texas Southern of the SWAC.
• During the 2024-25 season at Florida A&M, he played in 27 games (15 starts)
• Averaged 6.7 points and 3.2 rebounds on 50% shooting (65-129) from the field and 41% (17-42) from the 3-point line
• Scored in double figures seven times, including a pair of 20-point games
• Had a double-double (12 pts, 10 reb) in a win over Alcorn State
• Played in 40 games during his two active seasons at Texas Southern (2022-24)
High School
• A 2001 graduate of Union Grove High School in McDonough, Ga., O’Neal played his senior season for the Wolverines
• Played his first three prep seasons with Crossroads High School in Santa Monica, Calif.

• Son of current Hornet general manager, NBA Hall of Famer and 15-time All-Star Shaquille O’Neal
• A health science major who will graduate from Sacramento State is May of 2026
• A three-star recruit out of high school
