2015-16 Season
Appeared in 17 games…averaged 2.2 points, 1.5 rebounds and 5.3 minutes per game…shot .375 (15-40) from the field and .300 (6-20) from the 3-point line…posted career highs in points (13), 3-pointers made (3), rebounds (5) and minutes (21) in home win against Holy Names…scored points in 10 of the 17 games in which he appeared…also had six points in eight minutes against Pacific, and four points in three minutes at Montana.
2014-15 Season
Appeared in seven games during his true freshman season, including two of the final three games of the year…finished with averages of 1.0 points and 1.1 rebounds in 2.7 minutes per game…received minutes in both the Big Sky Tournament semifinal game against Eastern Washington and the CIT second round game vs. Northern Arizona…had two points and two rebounds in the game against NAU.
High School
A 2014 graduate of Casa Roble High School in Orangevale, Calif…played four years of basketball (three on the varsity squad) for the Rams…during his final two seasons with the team, he was named first team all-Capital Valley League both years, was a six-time all-tournament selection, four-time tournament MVP choice and helped the team to a combined record of 41-18 overall and 14-6 in league…during his senior season, as the team captain, he was Casa Roble’s leader in points and rebounds, averaging 16.5 points, 9.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists while shooting .554 from the field and .482 from the 3-point line…in addition, he was a third team all-Metro choice and selected to play in the Optimist High School All-Star game where he scored 25 points, including 22 in the first half…as a junior, when he helped the team to a 23-9 overall record and an appearance in the CIF Div. III State Championships, he averaged better than 11 points and six rebounds per game…during his three years on the varsity squad, he was the sixth man as a sophomore, and started both his junior and senior seasons.
Personal
Parents are Shannon and Kristine…an undeclared major…is the younger brother of Hornet center Eric Stuteville…has basketball in his bloodlines as not only is his brother, Eric, already a member of the Hornets, his father, Shannon, played hoops at Langston University in Oklahoma and his mother, Kristine, played at Cal.
