CAREER STATS

2012-13 Season

One of six Hornets to appear in all 29 games, including three starts…averaged 11.3 minutes per game as the team’s backup point guard…filled in for an injured Dylan Garrity to lead the Hornets to a home win over North Dakota…in that game, he played a career-high 35 minutes while finishing with five assists, no turnovers, three rebounds, two blocked shots and two steals…finished the season with a +0.83 plus-minus ratio per game, the best mark on the team…averaged 1.1 points, 1.0 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 0.4 steals per game…knocked down eight three-pointers, including 2-for-2 from distance against Central Arkansas and Northern Arizona…committed just one turnover every 21.9 minutes of playing time…played all 57 games during his two-year career as a Hornet despite being a walk-on.

2011-12 Season
One of six Hornets to appear in all 28 games, including two starts…served as the team’s backup point guard…finished the season with averages of 0.9 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 8.0 minutes per contest…season highs included 22 minutes vs. Idaho State, five points at Cal Poly, three assists vs. Eastern Washington, six rebounds vs. Cal Maritime and two steals vs. Northern Colorado…started road games at Weber State and Northern Colorado.

Prior to Sacramento State
Played two seasons at Monterey Peninsula College (2009-11)…served as team captain during both years with the Lobos…as a sophomore, he was a second team all-Coast Conference selection after averaging 9.9 points, 6.2 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.5 blocked shots per game…also shot 55.0 percent from the field, 56.1 percent from the three-point line and 74.0 percent from the free throw line that season…as a freshman in 2009-10, Demalleville averaged 7.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.4 steals per game…in 56 career games, he took 52 charges, including 34 during his sophomore season.

High School
A 2009 graduate of San Luis Obispo High School…played four years of both basketball and volleyball for the Tigers…in basketball, he was a two-time first team all-Pac 7 Conference selection during his final two seasons…as a senior, he was the San Luis Obispo County Player of the Year, the conference MVP, first team all-section, first team all-league and team captain while leading San Luis Obispo HS to its first league title in 20 years…that season, as the team’s starting point guard, he averaged 12.1 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.3 blocks per game while shooting 44.9 percent (124-276) from the field…was also named the school’s Student-Athlete of the Year as a senior…as a junior, he averaged 11.8 points, 9.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 2.1 steals and 1.5 blocked shots per game…played the final three years of his high school career on the varsity squad.

Personal
Parents are Dan and Monica Demalleville…a business major who is on pace to graduate in the fall of 2013…went to South Africa for a week in March of 2008 with the 1 Dream Foundation to play basketball and put on clinics for less fortunate kids.
