2011-12 Season
Was a team tri-captain…appeared in 28 games, including 16 starts as the team’s center…started each of the final eight, and 12 of the last 13 games of the season…averaged 5.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 0.5 blocked shots in 15.2 minutes per game…shot 58.3 percent (60-103) from the field, a mark which would have ranked second in the Big Sky if he had enough attempts to qualify…that included a streak of 15 straight made field goals spanning parts of six games early in the season…had a team-high 19 dunks…scored a career-high 12 points against Southeast Missouri and pulled a career-best 11 rebounds at home against Northern Colorado…had six points and nine rebounds in a road win at Northern Colorado…finished his career with a .609 field goal percentage (78-128), which set the Sacramento State career record (min. 75 made).

2010-11 Season
Appeared in 23 games, including four starts…posted averages of 1.9 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.5 blocked shots in 8.0 minutes per game…shot 72.0 percent (18-25) from the field with eight of those makes coming on dunks…23 of his 44 rebounds came on the offensive glass…averaged one blocked shot every 16.7 minutes of play, the best mark on the team…had a season-high tying eight points on 4-of-5 shooting at Washington State…had a season-best six rebounds at McNeese State.

Prior to Sacramento State
Played two years at Cosumnes River College (2008-10) in Sacramento…as a sophomore, he was a first team all-Big 8 Conference selection after helping the team to a final ranking of third in the state, a conference championship, a 23-6 overall record and a 12-2 league mark…averaged 6.8 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.8 blocked shots per game, while shooting 63.2 percent (74-117) from the field…led the Big 8 Conference in both field goal percentage and rebounds that season, and ranked third in blocked shots…had four double-doubles, and grabbed double figures in rebounds on 12 occasions…one of those games came against Modesto Junior College where he had 10 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks…as a freshman (2008-09), he averaged 2.2 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.4 blocked shots per game…the blocks ranked as the fifth best mark in the conference.

High School
A 2008 graduate of Green Valley High School in Henderson, Nev…played four years of basketball for the Gators…during his senior season (2007-08), he was team captain and averaged a double-double…as a junior, he helped lead the team to a semifinal appearance in the state tournament.

Son of Susan McCarver…a psychology major…played for Las Vegas Prospects AAU team in 2008.
