2013-14 Season
Played in 28 games, including three starts in his second and final season with the Hornets…averaged 1.2 points and 1.4 rebounds in 6.3 minutes per game…one of the Hornets’ best defensive players, he can guard multiple positions and was relied upon heavily late in close games because of his ability to defend…in fact, he was on the floor during the final two minutes of tight wins over North Dakota, Portland State, Weber State and Idaho State…had a season-high seven points on 3-of-3 shooting from the field at Montana…season-best seven rebounds came at UTEP…played in a season-high 23 minutes in season opener against UC Santa Cruz.

2012-13 Season

One of six players to appear in all 29 games…also had six starts…those six starts came during the season’s first eight games of the year…averaged 2.1 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.5 blocked shots per game…had a season-high nine points to go along with two rebounds, a block and two steals in a win over CSU Bakersfield…posted season highs in rebounds (8) and minutes (30) in a home win over North Dakota…also had seven points, three rebounds and two steals vs. UC Davis…had five points, four rebounds and a season-high three steals vs. Dominican.

Prior to Sacramento State
Played two seasons of basketball at Southwestern Illinois College (2010-12) in Belleville, Ill…during his two years, he helped the Blue Storm to a pair of semifinal appearances at the NJCAA Region XXIV Tournament as well as a combined 40-18 overall record and 20-12 mark in the Great Rivers Athletic Conference…was asked to play all five positions during his two-year tenure at SWIC, which included starting at point guard five times…started every game as a sophomore (primarily at power forward) and was a part-time starter as a freshman…one of three players from Southwestern Illinois College to sign with Div. I programs after the 2011-12 season, Quigley was a first team all-region and all-conference selection as a sophomore after averaging 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.6 blocked shots per game…shot 45.2 percent from the field (76-168), and was the team’s fourth leading scorer…as a freshman (2010-11), Quigley helped SWIC to a 20-9 overall record and a 10-6 mark in the conference…the Blue Storm finished with identical overall and league records during both of his seasons.

High School
A 2010 graduate of Staley High School in Kansas City…played four sports for the Falcons, including four years of basketball, and two years of football, baseball, and track & field…received the distinction of being an all-state selection in both basketball (forward) and football (tight end) during his senior season…that senior season saw him average 16.2 points, 13.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 3.1 blocked shots while being named second team all-state and first team all-league…in football, he caught 37 passes for 735 yards (19.9 yards per catch) while scoring nine touchdowns as a senior, easily the most receiving touchdowns on the team…helped the football team to district championships during both seasons of his tenure (2008, 2009).

A business administration major who will graduate in the fall of 2014…parents are Brian and Gayle Quigley…one of four siblings, including sister Jana, and brothers Jeff and Jared.
