2022-23 Season
Played in all 32 games, including three starts, in his second season with the Hornets…served as the team’s sixth man the majority of the season…averaged 8.6 points (fourth on team), 3.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 25.3 minutes…rebound numbers were tied for third on the squad…shot 47% (110-236) from the field…scored in double figures 13 times, including a career-high 19 points in a win at Denver…had nine points and nine rebounds in a road win at UC San Diego…shot 50% or better from the field in five of his final seven games…Hornets were 8-6 in games he scored in double figures…had 18 points (8-11 FT) and six rebounds in a win at Idaho…has scored 521 points in his two seasons with the Hornets after transferring from Robert Morris.

2021-22 Season
Played in 27 games…started in 26 of those 27 games…was the Hornets’ fourth leading scorer and third leading rebounder…averaged 9.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 28.5 minutes per game…an elite leaper, Wilbon had a number of highlight reel dunks during the season…started each of the final 26 games he appeared…shot 45% from the field…played over 30 minutes in 15 of his final 18 games…raised his averages to 9.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.3 steals in conference play…had 18 points and six rebounds in the Hornets’ Big Sky Tournament first round victory over Idaho…in league play, he ranked fourth in the Big Sky in offensive rebounds (2.0 rpg) and eighth in steals (1.3 spg)…scored in double figures 10 times, including a career-best 19 points vs. Idaho State where he scored the game-winning bucket with 2.1 seconds remaining in a 61-60 victory…had two double-doubles, including 17 points and 10 rebounds vs. Portland State, and 10 points, 11 rebounds at Montana…of his 137 rebounds, 46 came on the offensive glass…a Big Sky Conference all-academic selection.

Prior to Sacramento State
Spent three seasons at Robert Morris (2018-21), a Div. I institution from Moon Township, Pa., that resides in the Horizon League…redshirted in 2019-20 with injury…played the 2017-18 season at Bosco Institute in Crown Point, Ind.…during his two active seasons with the Colonials (2018-19, 2020-21), Wilbon played in 51 games…that included 32 games as a true freshman…career averages at Robert Morris include 4.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 14.6 minutes per game on 46 percent shooting from the floor…in 2020-21, he played in all 19 games for Robert Morris, averaging 5.5 points, 3.4 rebounds and 18.2 minutes on 48% shooting…had 15 points and six rebounds on 7-for-11 shooting at Detroit Mercy…in a start vs. Milwaukee, Wilbon narrowly missed a double-double with 10 points and nine rebounds.

High School
A 2017 graduate of Merrillville High School in Merrillville, Ind…named all-state and all-area during both his junior and senior seasons with the Pirates…as a senior (2016-17 season), he averaged 16.8 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game…also as a senior, he helped the Pirates to a section and regional championship, as well as a semifinal appearance at the state tournament…graduated high school with academic honors.

Parents are Greg and Nicole Wilbon…a history major who is on pace to graduate from Sacramento State in May of 2023.
