Kuinci Ross joined the Sacramento State strength and conditioning staff in August of 2022. Ross serves as a strength and conditioning assistant and works directly with men's soccer, cross country and rowing and also assists with football.
Ross also serves as the performance coach for the California Storm — a semiprofessional team with the USLW. In that capaticy, she designs weekly programming for athletes and also collobarates with the head coach on training format.
Ross has also had experience with youth football clubs having worked for Davis Legacy, American River Futbol Club and East Sacramento Soccer Club.
Ross graduated from Sacramento State with a degree in kinesiology in December of 2021. She is also a certified personal trainer and is awaiting certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
