SENIOR (2023): Started 50 of the team’s 56 games on the year… Finished second on the team with a .342 average, scoring 48 runs, collecting 69 hits, slugging 16 doubles to go with 17 home runs, and 60 RBI… Led the team in doubles, home runs, and RBI… His 17 home runs helped him collect 35 for his career, tying Harvey Hargrove’s career record set in 1997… Finished the season ranked No. 97 in the NCAA in home runs and No. 65 in home runs per game (0.34)... Ranked No. 47 in the nation in RBI per game (1.20) and No. 75 in slugging percentage... Posted a team-high 1.092 OPS, including a team-high .684 slugging percentage and a .408 on-base percentage… Ranked fourth in the Western Athletic Conference in slugging, tied for sixth in the league in RBI, fifth in the league in home runs, and ninth in total bases… His 0.32 doubles per game were ninth in the league, while his 0.34 home runs per game were second… His 1.20 RBI per game ranked third in the WAC… Ended the year with multiple hits in 20 games (second on the team), including eight three-hit games, while leading the team with 21 games with multiple RBI… Collected multiple hits in five straight games from April 1-16, batting .545 (12-for-22) in that stretch… Finished the year on an 11-game hitting streak, batting .404 (19-for-47) with 14 runs, 16 RBI, and 10 extra-base hits, including five home runs… Drove in a season-high five runs, including a grand slam, against Grand Canyon (3/18)… Slugged two home runs at New Mexico State (4/29) as part of a three-hit day.
SENIOR (2022): Appeared in 40 games, making 34 starts… Hit .285 on the season with 20 runs scored, 12 doubles, a pair of triples, and five home runs, while driving in 27… Slugged .537 on the season, walking 17 times en route to a .383 on-base percentage… Hit .315 in 19 Western Athletic Conference games, slugging eight doubles and three home runs, while driving in 13… Slugged .667 in conference play with a .409 on-base percentage… Finished fifth on the team in average, second in slugging, and third in on-base percentage… Tied for fourth on the team in RBI, third in doubles, and fifth in home runs… Collected eight multi-hit games and finished second on the team with seven games with multiple RBI… Had hits in seven straight games from May 7-19 — six of those multi-hit performances… Ended the year with a trio of three-hit performances at Grand Canyon (May 8), at Fresno State (May 10), and against UT Rio Grande Valley (May 27) in an elimination game at the WAC Tournament… Finished with seven of his eight multi-hit games in the final 12 games of the season… Scored three runs in the win at Fresno State (May 10) and drove in a season-high three runs twice at New Mexico State (April 10) and at Fresno State (May 10).
JUNIOR (2021): Played in 40 games in 2021, starting 21 of them... Made 12 starts as the team's designated hitter and another eight at first base, with one start at catcher... Hit a career-best .273 with a .367 OBP and a .495 SLG, both also career-bests... Hit five home runs, five doubles, and drove in 21 while scoring 12 runs... Homered in three straight games from Feb. 27 through March 1... Was a perfect 1-for-1 in stolen base attempts... Had a season-high three hits as the designated hitter at Tarleton on March 13, going 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored... Posted a .979 fielding percentage, committing two errors in 94 chances... Had 85 putouts and seven assists.
SOPHOMORE (2020): Played in nine games for the Hornets in 2020, starting eight of them... Five of his eight starts came at first base with the remaining three as the team's designated hitter... Hit .133 with a .289 on-base percentage and a .233 slugging percentage... Had four hits in 30 at bats, including a home run on Feb. 22 against Milwaukee... Drove in five while scoring three runs of his own... Drew five walks to just seven strikeouts and was 1-1 in stolen base attempts... Posted a .979 fielding percentage, committing just one error in 48 total chances... Had 45 putouts and two assists.
FRESHMAN (2019): Played in and started 58 games in his debut season with Sacramento State... Started four games behind the plate, nine as the designated hitter, but spent the majority of his time at first base (45 starts)... Hit .216 overall with seven home runs, 38 RBI, and 26 runs scored... Hit his seventh home run of the year in Sacramento State's 6-4 elimination win over No. 19 UC Santa Barbara in the NCAA Stanford Regional, a solo shot to give the Hornets an early lead... Had 11 multi-hit games, fourth most on the team and most among freshmen... Also led all freshmen and finished third on the team with eight multi-RBI games... Had four RBI in a game three separate times, including one against a conference opponent at Chicago State, on April 19... His 58 starts were most among all freshmen and newcomers... Defensively, posted a .989 fielding percentage... Led the Hornets with 341 putouts and 366 chances... Also had 21 assists.
