FRESHMAN (2011): Academic All-WAC...Hit .237 in 35 games and 31 starts...made 22 starts at designated hitter, seven in left and two in center...tallied three doubles, one triple and two home runs in 97 at-bats...went 3-for-3 on stolen base attempts...best game of the season came on April 2 at Seattle where he went 2-for-5 with two runs and a season-high four RBIs with a double and a home run...posted four multi-hit games.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of baseball for head coach Joe Potulny and the Marauders at Jesuit HS of the Delta River League...first team all-Metro and all-Delta River League in 2010...helped Jesuit win Delta River League championships in 2009 and 2010...Jesuit won the Sac-Joaquin Section Championship in 2009 as well...hit .365 with 37 RBIs, 33 runs and six home runs in his senior season...named Jesuit’s 2010 Outstanding Scholar-Athlete.
