2024: Appeared in all 57 games for the Hornets, making 56 starts… Hit .269 on the year with 10 doubles, a triple, and three home runs while scoring 37 runs and driving in 24… Set a new career standard for runs scored with four at Seattle U on April 12, breaking the mark set by Derrick Chung (2008-12) and tied by Matt Smith (2016, 2018-21) and has now set the bar at 158 career runs scored… Finished the year ranked tied for seventh on the all-time hits list (226), tied for eighth in career hit by pitches (29), seventh in games started (207), and sixth in career at-bats (792)… Shared the team lead with 30 walks and ranks second on the school’s all-time list with 109 — one of only four Hornets to ever eclipse the 100-walk plateau… Ranked second on the team in on-base percentage (.390) and tied for second in runs scored… His 54 hits were third on the team and was one of four Hornets with double-digit doubles for the year… Ranked third on the team with 15 multi-hit games and added six games with multiple RBI… Reached base safely in a team-best 19 consecutive games from April 12 to May 16… In WAC play, hit .333 in 30 games (second on the team) while scoring 21 runs and driving in 17 to go with six doubles… Slugged .468 (second on the team) in conference games while posting a .417 on-base percentage (second on the team)… Collected a season-high four hits (4-for-5) in the series opener at UT Arlington (5/3), scoring two runs and driving in a pair… Drove in a season-high four runs to go with three hits and his four runs scored at Seattle U (4/12)… Drew multiple walks in a game eight times.

2023: Appeared in 55 of the team’s 56 games, making 54 starts mainly at third base… Finished the season fifth on the team with a .285 average, scoring 59 runs, slugging 11 doubles and six home runs while driving in 34… His 33 walks led the team, while he shared the team lead by being hit by a pitch eight times… Ranked tied for 10th in the WAC in runs scored and seventh in runs scored per game (1.07)… Ended the year with 17 multi-hit games to tie for third on the team, while diving in multiple runs 10 times… Had a season-long six-game hitting streak from April 7-15, and reached base safely in a season-best 12 consecutive games from March 7-24… Collected a season-high four hits as part of a 4-for-5 day, finishing a triple short of the cycle with two runs scored, a double, a home run, and three RBI at California Baptist (5/14)… Also had four, three-hit games… Drove in three runs on four occasions… Finished with multiple walks in a game eight times, including a season-high three in a road upset of No. 9 Stanford (4/18), finishing 1-for-3 with three runs scored… Ended the year on a five-game hitting streak, collecting multiple hits in three of those contests, scoring 11 runs and driving in eight in that stretch.

2022: The only Hornet to start all 58 games… Hit .290 on the season with 33 runs scored, 14 doubles, six home runs, and 26 RBI… Hit .319 in 30 Western Athletic Conference games, scoring 23 times, slugging eight doubles, five home runs, and driving in 19… Ranked fourth on the team in average and slugging percentage (.429), as well as fifth in on-base percentage (.371)… Tied for second on the team in runs scored… Led the team in hits (67)… Finished second in doubles and fourth in home runs… Led the team with 30 walks and 99 total bases… Ended the year with a team-high 18 multi-hit games and finished with multiple RBI five times… Opened the season with hits in his first 11 games, extending a hitting streak that grew to 16 games dating back to 2021… Reached base safely in his first 15 games of the year, a run that grew to 20 dating back to the previous campaign… Finished with a season-high three hits three times against Saint Mary’s (March 8), at Grand Canyon (May 6), and against UT Rio Grande Valley (May 25) — the last in the WAC Tournament… Drove in a season-high four runs with a grand slam at Utah Tech (April 23) and added three RBI against Grand Canyon (May 6).

2021: Appeared in 27 games, making 26 starts, before his season was ended due to injury... Was hit by a pitch in the jaw on April 10... Returned on April 11 to go 3-for-5 before sitting out the rest of the season... Was off to a spectacular start, hitting .330 (33-100) with a .429 on-base percentage and .510 slugging percentage though 27 games... Had four home runs, a triple, and four doubles at the time his season ended, as well as 24 RBI and 19 runs scored... Had a career-high four-hit game at Tarleton on March 14... Went 4-for-6 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs scored... Collected a career-high four RBI the very next game... Had reached base in 14 straight games prior to his season-ending injury... Had 11 multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games in 27 total games... Made 24 starts at second base and two at shortstop... Posted a .988 fielding percentage, committing just one error in 86 total chances... Had 46 assists, 39 putouts, and participated in eight double plays. 

2020: Played in 15 games in his debut season, starting 13 of them... Eleven of his 13 starts came at second base with the other two at second base... Hit .244 with a .346 on-base percentage and a .378 slugging percentage... Had 11 hits in 45 at bats, including two home runs... Scored 10 runs -- one of five Hornets to reach double-digit runs scored in the shortened 2020 season... Also drove in four... Collected his first career hit on Feb. 21 against Milwaukee... Hit his first home run two days later on Feb. 23, also against Milwaukee... Had an eight-game reached base streak from Feb. 21 through March 8, one of the five longest streaks of the season... Had a .964 fielding percentage in 15 games, committing just two errors in 55 total chances... Had 28 putouts and 25 assists, third-most on the team... Also involved in turning four double-plays, most on the team.

NOGALES HS
A 2019 graduate of Nogales High School in Nogales, Ariz... Played four years of varsity for the Apaches... Posted a .427 career batting average (.427/.532/.584) and hit a career-high .467 as a sophomore... Was a three-time all-region selection -- including first-team honors as a sophomore and senior -- and a two-time all-conference first team selection... All-state selection as a sophomore and senior, including first-team honors as a sophomore... In 2017, helped lead his team to a 27-5 overall record and the 4A A2 State Championship as the team's starting second baseman... In 2018, the team again clinched the state championship with a 31-5 overall record.

PERSONAL
Parents are Jorge and Erika Bojorquez... Has two sisters, Gisell and Keren... Four-year honor roll selection and academic all-conference choice in high school... Played two seasons of club baseball with BNL Baseball in Tucson... Four other players from his graduating class are also playing Div. I baseball.
