• Big Sky Conference All-Academic Team (2020)

SENIOR (2022): Appeared in all 18 matches, making 13 starts… Finished with single shot attempts at Stanford on Aug. 18 and against UC Davis on Sept. 1… Played all 90 minutes twice in back-to-back matches at Pacific and against UC Santa Barbara, while playing 80-or-more five other times.

JUNIOR (2021): Played in 18 of Sacramento State's 19 matches in 2021, starting 14 of them... Both her games played and games started were career-highs for the defender... Started 11 straight matches to end the season... Settled in as part of the team's regular backline midway through the season... Through the first eight games of the season, averaged 58 minutes per match while making four starts... Over the last 10 matches, averaged more than 83 minutes per match while starting all 10... Attempted one shot, but did not place it on goal... In total, played double-digit minutes in 17 of her 18 matches, including a season-high 102 on Oct. 22 against Northern Arizona... Played 90 or more minutes seven times... Averaged 72 minutes per match while playing a carer-high 1,295 minutes total... Her 1,295 total minutes were fifth most on the team.

SOPHOMORE (SPRING 2021): Appeared in all 11 matches for Sacramento State in the pandemic delayed 2021 season, while making a career-high three starts... Was one of the team's top reserves -- her eight matches of the bench were tied for most on the team... Made her first collegiate start on March 28 on the road at Idaho... Also started April 2 at home against Montana and April 9 at Portland State... A fast defender, Louthan did not score a goal but did attempted one shot on the season on March 28 at Idaho... Saw double-digit minutes in all 11 of her matches while averaging nearly 47 minutes per match... Played a career-high 90 minutes on April 2 against Montana... Played 512 total minutes.

FRESHMAN (2019): Played in eight matches, all as a reserve... Played a season-high 77 minutes in her first ever match on Aug. 23 at UC Davis... Saw action in two conference matches, Sept. 27 at Weber State and Oct. 6 vs Southern Utah... Averaged 21 minutes per match... Played 166 total minutes. 

WHITNEY HS
Played two seasons for Whitney HS under head coach Ana Jones... In 2018, was named the First Team all-league for the Capital Valley Conference... In both of her seasons -- 2017 and 2018 -- was voted her team's Defensive MVP... Helped lead the Wildcats to a CVL Championship in 2017... Team posted an 11-3 record and Louthan was the regular starting centerback... In two seasons, totaled 156 career steals... Was also named a Whitney HS Scholar Athlete in both 2017 and 2018.

CLUB
Played three seasons for the Placer United Soccer Club under head coach Ron Benjamin... Started 26 of 26 games during the 2018-19 season.

PERSONAL
Parents are Dion and Sherri Louthan... Majoring in biology and plans to pursue a career in the medical field after Sacramento State... Played alongside fellow Hornets Sedona Robinson and Victoria Sanchez on the Placer United club.
