SOPHOMORE (2020): Academic All-WAC...Appeared in three games for the Hornets, all in relief...Struck out two and did not walk a batter in 3.0 innings of work...Allowed two hits, both singles...Opponents hit just .182 against Sparks in three innings.

FRESHMAN (2019): Appeared in 11 games for Sacramento State during his freshman season, all in relief...Did not record a result while posting a 9.82 ERA...Threw 14.2 innings, including a career-high 2.2 on the road at California on April 23...Struck out 10 over his 14.2 innings of work, including a season-high two on two separate occasions...Did not allow a run in five of his nine outings, including a scoreless 1.2 innings against #4 Stanford in the NCAA Stanford Regional on June 2.
