Two-year varsity letter winner for the Crusaders… Finished with a 3.04 ERA over 23 innings of work as a junior, striking out 10… Named a team captain as a senior, earning first-team All-5A South Mountain League, first-team All-Southern Nevada, and Mountain League Pitcher of the Year honors… Finished 6-0 in nine appearances with a 1.42 ERA over 49.1 innings, striking out 49 batters and holding opposing hitters to a .206 average… Helped the Crusaders to a league championship as a senior… Was a Gatorade Player of the Year candidate.
