CAREER NOTES: Tied for 8th in program history with 38 career doubles...10th in program history with 662 career at-bats.

SENIOR (2017): Sacramento State Male Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year...Played in 39 games with 23 starts...Hit .174 with 12 RBIs and 8 runs scored...Had six doubles...Team was 11-8 in the 19 games he started at third base...Had three multi-hit games...Had three multi-RBI games...Went 3-for-4 with a double and 3 RBIs in a game vs. Penn State...Had a pinch hit bases loaded 3-run double to give the Hornets an 11-1 walk-off win over CSU Bakersfield in eight innings...Also doubled and drove in three runs in Sacramento State's 7-1 win at No. 11 Washington...Was 4-for-5 in stolen base attempts...Had a four-game hitting streak...Had 51 assists and 25 putouts with a .927 fielding percentage.

JUNIOR (2016): Academic All-WAC (2x)...Played in 54 games with 49 starts...Started 42 games at second base, four at third base, and three at shortstop...Hit .234 with 3 home runs and 16 RBIs...Ranked third on the team with 29 runs scored...Tied for third on the team with nine stolen bases going a perfect 9-for-9 in stolen base attempts...Hit .278 with a team-high 19 runs scored in WAC play...For the season hit 13-for-41 (.317) with runners in scoring position and .303 with runners on base...Had 10 multi-hit games with three-hit games against CSU Bakersfield and Chicago State...Totaled three multi-RBI games...Was 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBIs, and two runs scored against Chicago State...Had seven multi-hit games over a 12 game stretch in mid April...Stole three bases in one game against Northern Colorado...Primarily hit 7th and 8th in the Hornet batting order...Ranked second on the team with 133 assists and had 82 putouts with a .973 fielding percentage...Helped turn 24 double plays.

SOPHOMORE (2015): Academic All-WAC...Played in all 60 games with 58 starts...One of just three Hornets that played every game...Started 44 games at second base and 14 at third base...Hit .243 with 4 home runs and 25 RBIs...Was second on the team and fifth in the WAC with 13 doubles...Led the team and tied for fifth in the WAC with 10 hit-by-pitches...Had a .383 slugging percentage with 19 extra-base hits...Was third on the team with 29 runs scored...Had 11 multi-hit games with two 3-hit games, including a 3-for-4 games with a home run vs. North Dakota in the WAC Tournament...Had five multi-RBI games with a season-high three runs batted in vs. No. 18 UC Santa Barbara...Went 2-for-3 with a home run and three runs scored vs. Northern Colorado in the WAC Tournament...Had a 10-game hitting streak and a 13-game reached base streak...Was 10-for-11 in stolen base attempts...Had 81 putouts and ranked seventh in the WAC with 152 assists. 

FRESHMAN (2014): Played in 55 games with 53 starts...Made 46 starts at second base and seven at shortstop and predominately hit ninth...Hit .269 with six home runs and 32 RBIs...Tied for fourth in the WAC in home runs and was second with five homers in WAC play...Ranked ninth in the WAC with 20 RBIs in conference play...Tied the program single game record with seven at-bats in 15-inning game vs. Seattle U, winning the game with a walk off single...Hit the 33rd grand slam in program history at New Mexico State on March 30...Posted a .396 slugging percentage and was 4-for-7 in stolen base attempts...Had 12 multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games...Went 4-for-5 with a home run, three RBIs, and two runs scored against Chicago State...Had a 13-game hitting streak and a 17-game reached base streak

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Rich Henning at Christian Brothers HS...Named Capital Valley Conference MVP and all-league...Compiled a cumulative .331 batting average with 62 RBIs and 61 runs and six home runs in 78 high school games...Hit .310 with 20 RBIs and 4 home runs as a senior...Served as team captain...Was MVP of the Land Park Easter Tournament...Participated in student athletic council...Also played club ball for the Sacramento Stingers.

PERSONAL: Parents are Tom and Catherine Hunley...Majoring in psychology...Graduated high school early in December 2013...Has played the piano since age six.
