Biography

2018 Season: Started all eight games in which he appeared at center…started 30 games during his career…helped pave the way for an offense which averaged 187.6 rushing yards per game and rushed for 18 touchdowns.

2017 Season: Took over as the team’s starting center and was in the lineup for all 11 games…helped the Hornets average 225.8 yards per game — their most since 1999 — and allow just 16 sacks during the year.

2016 Season: Started all 11 games at right guard…was part of an offensive line which paved the way for 171.8 rushing yards per game.

2015 Season: Appeared in four games as a reserve member of the offensive line.

2014 Season: Redshirted during the season.

High School: Graduated from Reedley HS in 2014…played on both the offensive and defensive lines for the Pirates…named honorable mention all-area by the Fresno Bee…also earned first team all-North Yosemite League accolades as a center…defensively, he recorded 51 total tackles with 5.0 sacks…as a junior, he had 78 tackles with a sack.

Personal: Majoring in ethnic studies…parents are Bonifacio and Elena Espiritu.
