SOPHOMORE (2014): WAC Tournament MVP & All-WAC Tournament Team...Played in 47 games with 40 starts...Hit .500 with seven RBIs and five runs scored over five games at the WAC Tournament to lead the Hornets to their first conference title...For the season hit .221 with 16 RBIs and 18 runs scored...Made 20 starts in left field in 18 as the designated hitter...Had eight doubles, drew 25 walks, and was 4-for-6 in stolen base attempts...Totaled six multi-hit games, including two 3-hit games, and had three multi-RBI games...Reached base in his last 10 games played of the season...Went 3-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored in the Hornets WAC Tournament-opening game against Bakersfield and was 3-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs against Utah Valley...Had an RBI and a run scored against Cal Poly in the NCAA Regional.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2013): Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American...National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Freshman All-American Second Team...WAC Freshman of the Year...All-WAC first team...Joined freshman pitcher Sutter McLoughlin as the first freshmen in program history to be All-WAC first team selections...Started and played in 57 games, 48 as designated hitter and nine at first base...Hit third 17 times and fourth 14 times...Led the team with a .349 batting average, .484 slugging percentage, .396 on-base percentage, and 75 hits, tied for the team lead with 15 doubles, second with 46 RBI...Sixth in the WAC in batting average, tied for eighth in hits, 10th in slugging percentage...Scored 33 runs, totaled four home runs and one triple...Tied for second on the team with 19 multi-hit games with five three-hit games and had four hits twice, vs. Texas State and Seattle...Had 13 multiple RBI games and drove in four runs at UC Santa Barbara and New Mexico State...Had a team-high 13 game hitting streak and reached based in a team-high 30 consecutive games from March 2 - April 21...Had a .990 fielding percentage with just one error and 89 putouts.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four seasons of varsity baseball for head coach Craig Gianinno..hit .301 with a .440 on-base percentage in his senior season with 15 runs, nine RBIs and five doubles...also played football for two seasons and wrestled as a freshman.

PERSONAL: Parents are Richard and Dana Lewis...Majoring in organizational communication ...After baseball, plans to be a coach or athletic trainer.
