Biography

2015 Season: Appeared in eight games with four starts at nickelback…tallied 42 tackles with 25 solos…began the season with 11 tackles against Eastern Oregon…had at least two tackles in all eight games in which he played…intercepted a pass and returned it for a 41-yard touchdown in the win over Idaho State…led the team with eight tackles on special teams.

2014 Season:
Played in four games before redshirting due to an elbow injury…began his collegiate career in impressive fashion with six tackles, including four solos, at Incarnate Word…had a solo tackle on the opening kickoff at Cal…returned to action against Menlo where he had five tackles and a pass breakup…recorded five tackles at Idaho State the following week.

High School:
A 2014 graduate of Franklin HS in Elk Grove, Calif…was a two-star recruit by Rivals.com and Scout.com…was named second team Div. I all-state, first team all-Northern California and first team all-Sac-Joaquin Section as a senior…was the Delta Valley League MVP that same season and was a member of the Sacramento Bee all-Metro team…starred on both sides of the ball for the Wildcats…recorded 155 total tackles, including 10.5 sacks…also rushed for 571 yards and eight touchdowns, caught four passes for 32 yards and averaged 21.92 yards per kick return…defensively, he had 10 or more tackles in 10 of the team's 11 games…was credited with 27 total stops, including five sacks, against Elk Grove and had 18 in a playoff loss against Folsom…offensively, he rushed for a season high 130 yards and a touchdown against Tracy…had four touchdowns on just eight carries in a playoff game against Pittman…as a junior, he had 135 tackles with six sacks…had nine games with double digit tackles…season highs were 19 stops against Tracy and 18 against Elk Grove…also rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns…played varsity as a sophomore where he had 86 tackles, including seven sacks…scored six touchdowns on offense with four coming on pass receptions…also wrestled where he finished fifth in the state and was the Sac-Joaquin Section champion at 195 pounds…was a high school teammate of fellow Hornet freshman Jabarri Johnson.
