SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento State Director of Athletics Mark Orr announced a change in leadership for the Hornets' women's soccer program, parting ways with head coach Randy Dedini.
"I would like to thank Randy for his many years of distinguished service to Sacramento State athletics and the women's soccer program," Orr said. "We wish him the very best in his future endeavors."
Dedini wrapped up his 19th season as head coach in 2025 and was also an assistant with the Hornets for three seasons from 2004-06 before taking over the top spot. During his time at the university, he finished with the most victories in program history (130), winning a regular season crown and three league tournament titles during his tenure.
A search for a new head coach will begin immediately.
