Biography

2025 Season
• Named second team all-Big Sky Conference
• Second time receiving all-league accolades as she was honorable mention as a freshman in 2023
• Started all 49 games in which she appeared (39 at catcher, 4 in right field, 3 in left field, 3 at designated player)
• Hit .331 (46-for-139) with 43 runs, 15 doubles, 18 walks, nine home runs, 31 RBIs, a .647 slugging percentage, .431 on-base percentage, and was 11-for-14 in stolen base attempts
• Ranked second on the team with 16 multiple-hit games, and 10 multiple-RBI games
• Named Big Sky Player of the Week twice (first week of season, and last week of the season)
• Ranked among the Big Sky’s top 10 players in eight different offensive categories, including second in doubles, fifth in runs, seventh in slugging percentage and home runs, eighth in stolen bases and ninth in on-base percentage
• Her 43 runs are tied for the fourth best single-season mark in the Hornets’ Div. I era
• At the Big Sky Tournament, she was 6-for-9 (.667) with six runs, two doubles, two walks, four RBIs and a .750 on-base percentage
• Finished the season on an eight-game hitting streak in which she hit .650 (13-for-20) with 14 runs, five doubles, four homers and 14 RBIs
• A Big Sky all-academic selection for the third straight year

2024 Season
• Played in 29 games, including 24 starts (23 at catcher, one at designated player)
• Had a .975 fielding percentage
• Named Big Sky all-tournament after finishing the postseason event (four games) with two home runs and six RBIs
• Had perhaps the Hornets’ biggest hit of the season at the tournament, connecting on a fifth inning grand slam to snap a 2-2 tie in an eventual 6-5 win at Idaho State
• Connected on a two-run homer the next day vs. Northern Colorado
• A Big Sky all-academic selection for the second straight year

2023 Season
• An honorable mention all-Big Sky Conference selection as a true freshman
• Played in 41 games, including 36 starts (32 at catcher, four at designated player)
• Led all Hornet regulars with a .330 batting average (34-for-103) with 21 runs, eight doubles, one triple, one homer, 16 RBIs, 12 walks, a .405 on-base percentage, and .840 ops
• Tied for third on the team with five stolen bases
• Had a .988 fielding percentage
• Hit .302 with runners in scoring position
• Had a streak of 11 straight games reaching base safely, tied for second longest during the season by a Hornet
• Went 4-for-4 on Feb. 26 at Santa Clara. The four hits are tied for the most by a Hornet during the program’s Div. I era (1990-pres.)
• In the Hornets’ two Big Sky Tournament games, she combined to go 4-for-8 with a run, double, stolen base and four RBIs
• A Big Sky all-academic selection

High School
• Played four years of varsity softball at Lassen High School in Susanville, Calif.
• A two-time first team all-state small schools selection (2021 and 2022)
• Had a remarkable career that included a .535 batting average, .611 on-base percentage, 1.737 ops, 21 home runs, 33 doubles, 20 triples and 102 RBIs in 74 games played
• As a senior, she was SBLive all-Northern Section and first team all-NSCIF after hitting .608 with a .675 on-base percentage, 2.026 ops, 13 home runs, 15 doubles, nine triples, 16 stolen bases and 38 RBIs
• As a senior, she led the section in ops, home runs, hits and runs scored (53). Remarkably, of her 59 hits, 37 went for extra bases
• As a junior, in 20 games, she hit .562 with 28 runs, eight doubles, six triples, seven home runs, 37 RBIs, a 1.203 slugging percentage and 1.825 ops
• In 2021, she led the Grizzlies to a 17-3 overall record, a 10-0 league mark, and a Northern Athletic League championship
• Named team MVP all four years of high school
• A first team all-league choice as a freshman after batting .406 with 10 doubles, five triples, a homer and 27 RBIs in 24 games
• Had numerous academic awards, including the Presidential Award for Academic Excellence

Personal
• Daughter of Jon and Heather Marsh
• A public relations major
• Played travel ball for the California Suncats in Sacramento, and the Nevada Batbusters
