SOPHOMORE (2017): All-Big Sky Honorable Mention...Went 13-9 overall and 10-1 in Big Sky singles play...Was 2-1 at No. 3, 5-7 at No. 4, 6-1 at No. 5...Had an eight-match winning streak...Won 10 singles matches in straight sets...Was 2-0 at No. 3 in Big Sky matches...Was named Big Sky Player of the Week on March 15 after going undefeated in singles and doubles in matches at San Diego State and UC Irvine...Was 10-15 overall and 6-5 in Big Sky play at No. 3 doubles...Led the team with six Big Sky doubles wins and tied for the team lead with 10 overall doubles victories...Was 8-8 overall and 5-4 in the Big Sky playing doubles with redshirt freshman Carolina Chernyetsky...The eight doubles wins for the pair was a team season best...Also won two doubles matches playing with freshman Sofia Gulnova...Had a four-match doubles winning streak...Was a team-best 8-3 in singles play in Fall tournaments, going 3-1 in the ITA Northwest Regional...Won a fall doubles match with Chernyetsky.

FRESHMAN (2016): Big Sky All-Academic...ITA Scholar Athlete...Went 3-9 overall and 1-4 in Big Sky singles play...Was 0-1 at No. 5 and 3-8 at No. 6...Earned a win in her first collegiate match, beating San Francisco's Jiayu Mu, 6-3, 6-3 at No. 6...Picked up first career Big Sky win beating Charity Sagiao of Southern Utah, 6-2, 6-4...Also had a win at No. 6 over Justine Deleval of No. 73 San Jose State...All singles wins came in straight sets...Forced a third set in three matches...Did not play doubles in the spring season but had a 2-6 fall doubles record playing with Saskia Angerer...Had two fall doubles wins against two pairs of players from UC Davis.

HIGH SCHOOL: Preparatoria Abierta Iberoamericana did not have a tennis team...Ranked as high as No. 341 in the world junior International Tennis Federation (ITF) Rankings...Totaled 13 career singles titles and eight doubles titles playing both nationally and internationally.

PERSONAL: Parents are Kurt Wicker and Ana Maria Velez...Father Kurt played table tennis internationally, reaching a US Open doubles final and winning several tournaments in South America and Europe as a Mexican national...Mother Ana is an international senior tennis player and has represented Mexico in three Senior World Tennis Championships...Majoring in nutrition and food and wants to become a registered dietitian specializing in sports nutrition.
