PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Brinkmann is one of the top juniors in Germany, reaching the finals at the Westphalian State Championships in the women’s division before falling to the No. 16-ranked player in the ITF Junior rankings in a three-set marathon… She won the German Team Championships with the WTV state team and has claimed multiple Westphalian State Championships in her youth… She finished third on three different occasions in the German Youth Championships and has been ranked as high as No. 109 in the women’s division and is ranked 21st in the Under-18 division.
