Biography

As a senior (2022): Competed with the varsity eight in each of the boat’s final eight spring races…began the year stroking the second varsity eight in the season opener, before racing with the varsity eight the remainder of the season…competed in the two seat in each of her races with the varsity eight…competed with the Hornets’ top boat in first place finishes at the WIRA Championship, Sacramento State Invitational, and duals vs. Kansas State and UC San Diego…also won a bronze medal with the boat at the San Diego Crew Classic…the WIRA gold was the first for the Hornet varsity eight since 2010…an American Athletic Conference all-academic selection for the third straight year.

As a junior (2021):
One of seven Hornets to compete with the varsity eight in all four spring races…the first of those two races came in the bow seat, followed by the final two in the three seat…the varsity eight went sub 6:47 in all four races…that included a win over Gonzaga at the Dexter Lake Invitational, the first win over the Bulldogs since 2010…was a member of the second varsity eight her first two seasons, before the jump to the varsity eight in 2021…an American Athletic Conference All-Academic selection.

As a sophomore (2020):
Competed in the Hornets’ lone spring regatta against Kansas State before the season was cut short…sat in the bow seat with the second varsity eight that defeated Kansas State…in the fall, she sat at bow with the second varsity eight at the Head of the American, while also racing in a pair at the event…an American Athletic Conference All-Academic selection.

As a freshman (2019):
Sat in the bow seat with the second varsity eight in each of the boat’s first eight spring races…missed the WIRA Championship and UC Davis race with injury…sat at bow with the 2V8’s victories over Gonzaga and Miami at the Lake Natoma Invitational, and wins over San Diego State and Tennessee at the San Diego Crew Classic.

Personal: A recreation administration major who graduated from Sacramento State in the spring of 2022.
