Biography

As a senior (2017): Competed with both the second varsity eight and varsity four boats…sat in either the five seat (five times) or three seat (three times) during the first eight spring races with the second varsity eight…her last three races of the spring came in the three seat with the Hornets’ varsity four…that included winning a gold medal with the varsity four at the WIRA Championship…also competed with the varsity four at the American Athletic Conference Championship…recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award from the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association for the second straight year, recognizing rowing student-athletes that maintain a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade point average…an American Athletic Conference all-academic selection.

As a junior (2016):
Competed in eight spring races with the second varsity eight, primarily in the five seat…sat in the five seat on seven occasions, and once in the three seat…sat at five for the second varsity eight’s silver medal winning performance at the American Athletic Conference Championship…competed with the second varsity four in the three seat at the San Diego Crew Classic…rowed with the novice eight in every spring race a year ago prior to making the jump to the second varsity eight this year…recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award from the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association.

As a sophomore (2015):
Competed with the novice eight in all six spring races (five times in the seven seat, once in the five seat)…also competed with the third varsity eight in the seven seat for three races at the Lake Natoma Invitational…sat in the three seat in a pair of races with the novice four.

Personal: A liberal studies major.
