Biography

As a junior (2016): Sat in the bow seat with the varsity eight in all 11 spring races…sat at bow for the Hornets’ bronze medal winning performance at the WIRA Championship…has now won a medal three consecutive years, including a gold with the varsity four at the American Athletic Conference Championship in 2015, and a gold with the varsity four at the WIRA Championship in 2014.

As a sophomore (2015):
Competed with both the second varsity eight and the varsity four during the spring season…with the second varsity eight, she sat in the four seat on three occasions, and once in both the stroke and six seats…rowed with the varsity four in six races, sitting at bow on four occasions, and in the three seat on two occasions…sat at three with the varsity four that won gold at the American Athletic Conference Championship…sat in the varsity four in victories over Gonzaga, Tulsa, Temple, Rhode Island, Central Florida, San Diego State, SMU and Loyola Marymount.

As a freshman (2014):
Competed with the varsity four in the bow seat in each of the boat’s 10 spring races…that included the varsity four’s gold medal winning performance at the WIRA Championships…was named the Hornets’ most improved rower…recipient of the CRCA National Scholar-Athlete Award, recognizing rowing student-athletes with a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade point average…also named to Conference USA’s academic honor roll.

2013 Season:
Did not compete during the spring season because of a knee injury…received a medical hardship.

Personal: A kinesiology major.
