Biography

As a senior (2017): Competed with both the varsity eight and second varsity eight…began the year with the second varsity eight, but finished with the varsity eight…sat in the four seat during each of the varsity eight’s final three races, including the boat’s bronze medal winning performance at the American Athletic Conference Championship…sat in the four seat with the varsity eight on a total of four occasions…also rowed in seven races with the second varsity eight, including six times at two, and once at four…has never missed a race during her career…recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award from the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association for the second straight year, recognizing rowing student-athletes that maintain a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade point average…an American Athletic Conference all-academic selection.

As a junior (2016):
Competed with the varsity eight in all 11 of the boat’s spring races…sat in the two seat in each of those races…sat at two with the Hornets’ top boat at the American Athletic Conference Championship…won bronze with the boat at the WIRA Championship…recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award from the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association.

As a sophomore (2015):
Named the novice squad’s most inspirational rower…did not miss a race during the spring season…competed three times with the third varsity eight, stroking the boat twice, and sitting in the seat on one occasion…competed with the novice eight in all six spring races the boat competed, sitting three times in both the stroke and six seats…rowed with the novice four on two occasions (once at stroke; once in the two seat).

Personal: A speech pathology and audiology major.
