2003 Season: Was limited to three meets before suffering a season-eneing hand injury…competed solely on bars…top score was 9.125 vs. Cal.

2002 Season: Completed her third year as an all-arounder while also serving as a team captain for the Hornets…won the all-around, vault and floor titles while competing in the inaguarl Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships…her all-around score of 39.325 was a career and program record…qualified for the NCAA West Regional as an all-arounder…set career highs on bars (9.875), beam (9.825) and vault (9.850) during the yera…recorded a floor score of 9.900 on five occasions.

2001 Season: One of two all-arounders for the team…scored 9.600 on bars while competing as an event specialist at the NCAA West Regional…tied career high on bars with a 9.850 on four occasions…registered team scores on bars in 10 of 11 meets…tied career high on beam with a 9.775 at San Jose State and Seattle Pacific…finished second on the squad with an all-around score of 38.925 at the Western Independent Championships.

2000 Season: Came into the season as a true freshman and ended the year with her name plastered all over the Hornet record book…earned first team all-NIT after tying for first on floor (9.900)…tied a school record on floor exercise with a 9.925 at the Western Independent Championships…set the school record in the all-around with a total of 39.125 at the Cal Invite…that mark proved the previous record of 39.025 which was set by Natalie Cadondon in 1997…tied Wendy Baisdon for a season high 9.850 on bars at the NIT…scored 9.800 or higher on seven of 12 floor routines…competed as an all-arounder in 10 meets.

Prior to Sacramento State: A 1999 graduate of Buchanan HS in Clovis, Calif…a Level 10 gymnast who trained at Clovis Academy…named team MVP in each of her four years of high school gymnastics…helped lead the team to Central Section titles in 1996, 1997 and 1998…also a member of the the NorCal state club champions at Level 6, 8 and 9…the all-around state champion at Level 6, 8 and 9…also placed second at Level 9 regional championships in the all-around…was injured during her final year of Level 10 gymnastics.

Personal: A business major at Sacramento State…parents are Doug and Shelli Petersen.
