1997 Season: Competed all-around in every meet, qualifying for NCAA Regionals…finished 21st at regionals with score of 37600 (vault 9.475; bars 9.075; beam 9.500; floor 9.550)…performed a layout Tsukahara on vault…high all-around score (38.675) was achieved at Western Independent Championships…set career highs in every event.

1996 Season: Averaged 36.994 all-around points…finished the season the No. 2 gymnast on beam with a season average of 9.416…high beam score (9.625) was earned twice, against UC advise and in the beam team finals at the USAG nationals.

1995 Season: Regular performer on vault and floor…competed all-around once, scoring 36.100 against Air Force.

Prior to Sacramento State: Competed for Golden Gate Gymnastics…qualified for regionals three times at Level 10.

Personal: Pre-physical therapy major…parents are Sharon and Douglas Mattis.
