Biography

2002 Season: One of the Hornets' most consistent performers as a three-event specialist (vault, beam, floor)…set a career high on floor with a 9.875 on March 8 at San Jose State…also tied her career high on beam (9.800) at the same meet…registered team scores in every meet on beam and floor…on vault, she registered team scores in 11 of 12 meets.

2001 Season:
Primarily competed on vault and floor while also seeing action on beam…recorded a career high 9.825 on vault while performing at Seattle Pacific…also had a 9.800 on floor at UC Davis…tallied team scores in all 11 meets on vaultz…best beam score was 9.800 at Seattle Pacific…competed in every meet during the year.

2000 Season:
One of many freshmen to contribute for the team, she competed in 11 of 13 meets on floor and posted a season high 9.750 vs. UC Davis…also competed on beam and floor three times (at Seattle Pacific, at Cal Invite, vs. UC Davis)…scored season high 9.800 at Seattle Pacific on beam.

Prior to Sacramento State:
A 1999 graduate of Murray HS in Murray, Utah…a Level 10 gymnast who trained at Hunts Gymnastics…competed Level 10 for five years and participated at Regionals in each of those five years…was the state champion on beam, floor and vault during three separate years.

Personal: Majoring in recreation and leisure studies…formerly known as Jenny Ball before marrying Steve Diamond on June 1, 2001…parents are Stan Ball and Tami Baer.
