Prior to Sacramento State: Attended Cal State Fullerton for one semester but did not compete in any intercollegiate sports…trained at Byers Gymnastics in Roseville, Calif…a three-time Level 10 USAG regional qualifier (1998-2000)…placed first in the all-around at the USAIGC Regionals in 2000…finished seventh in the all-around at the USAIGC Nationals in 2000…finished third on beam and USAG Regional in 2000…was the all-around first alternate for the 2000 USAG Nationals.

Personal: A 2001 graduate of Rocklin HS…spent time as a cheerleader during her senior season…received the CSF Life Award in 2001…majoring in interior design…would like to specialize in remodeling homes…parents are Doug and Kim Purdy.
