Biography

2002 Season: Completed her third season as a vault specialist…registered team scores in three of six meets for the Hornets…tied her career best sore of 9.750 on March 15 against UC Davis…recorded a score of 9.700 or higher in three of six meets.

2001 Season: Competed solely on vault during the year…was in the lineup for the school record 48.600 team score at San Jose State…tied her career high with a 9.750 in that meet…registered team scores in five of her seven meets.

2000 Season: Helped add to the Hornets’ vault depth with 12 of 13 vaults registering for team scores…recorded season high 9.750 at the Western Independent Championships…scored 9.500 or higher in 11 meets on vault.

Prior to Sacramento State: A 1999 graduate of Harbor HS in Santa Cruz, Calif…a Level 9 gymnast who trained at Santa Cruz Gymnastics…placed fourth on vault and eighth on bars at the Level 9 Western Championships…also was the vault champion and finished second in the all-around in the 1996 USAIGC Level 8/DL Championships.

Personal: Majoring in child development…parents are Pam and James Crowell.
