Biography

2001 Season: Performed five exhibitions on bars and had one on floor…recorded a 9.400 on floor against UC Davis…best bars score during the year was a 9.650.

2000 Season: Competed in two exhibition attempts on vault and five exhibitions on bars…recorded season high 9.450 in an exhibition against UC Davis for her season high.

1999 Season: Competed on floor for the Hornets at the Hard Rock Invitational against UC Davis…also competed exhibition on both bars and floor in two other meets…recorded a season-best 9.200 on floor in the four-team meet on March 14.

Prior to Sacramento State: A member of Gymnastics Unlimited and a graduate of Centaurus HS in Lafayette, Colo…a Level 10 gymnast, she placed second in the state on bars and vault and finished third in the all-around…a member of the all-academic team while at Centaurus HS…also competed in volleyball, diving and cheerleading in high school…a member of the 1997 and 1998 Front Range League champion diving team.

Personal: A graphic design major with a business minor…parents are Jennifer O'Connor and David Bruce.
