2000 Season: Earned first team all-NIT honors after finishing third on floor exercise with a 9.850…all 13 of her bar routines scored for the team…recorded a new career mark in bars with a 9.825 at the Cal Invite…also set her career high for floor with a 9.850 at the NIT meet…received a 9.800 or better in six floor routines.

1999 Season: An ankle injury kept Parr from competing as an all-around throughout the entire year…despite the injury, she still posted career bests in each of the four events and the all-around…three of her scores were among the team’s top 10 floor scores during the season…her 9.825 on floor vs. UMass was the fourth-highest mark by a Hornet on the event.

1998 Season: Led the team on floor, averaging 9.335…also scored 9.825 on floor vs. UC Davis, the highest score by a Hornet on any event during the year…also competed for the Hornet track and field team.

Prior to Sacramento State: A member of the USGF Region II national team…placed second in the state in 1996 on beam and was fourth in the all-around…a member of the Salem YMCA gymnastics team…placed seventh at the YMCA nationals on vault…participated in four years in high school dance…also a high school swimmer, placing third at the state meet in the 100-yard breaststroke and fifth in the 200 individual medley as a senior…Valley League district track meet champion in the 100-hurdles and triple jump…attended Air Force as a freshman where she placed 11th in the triple jump and 15th in the long jump at the Western Athletic Conference Championships.

Personal: A physical education major with a minor in dance…aspires for a career in corporate fitness management…currently involved with Air Force ROTC and will be a 2nd Lieutenant upon graduation…parents are Donna and Denny Sunell.
